Quaint, quiet, and close to everything

Tucked away on a 1.5-acre property in a pastoral Wilton neighborhood, this charming cottage apartment offers the perfect balance of privacy and access. The space sits above the garage, connected to the main house by a breezeway — fully self-contained with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living area.

The property was originally owned by the designer of the Broadway Playbill and sits in a neighborhood developed by New Yorkers in the 1920s as a weekend retreat from city life. That same spirit of peaceful escape is very much alive today.

Hosts Scott and Courtney live on-site full time. You'll have complete privacy, but they're always nearby if you need anything. Guests have access to the full cottage apartment and the beautiful grounds when weather permits.

Your key will be in the door on an orange keychain when you arrive. Turn clockwise toward the door frame — it's a historic door, be gentle and jiggle if needed.

🚗 Parking

The driveway is directly across from the mailbox. After pulling in, it splits in two — park on the right side and pull all the way into the corner.

Please do not park on the grass or in front of the garage.

🐶 Pets

Pets are welcome — well-behaved ones only. Please do not leave pets unattended for long periods.

Our dog Ruby loves guests, so all pets should be friendly to dogs and children. The property is treated with natural garlic oil for ticks; keep pets inside for 30 minutes after spraying.
